It’s about the Patients
We set out to push the boundaries of what has been previously felt possible in healthcare. We believe that by placing patients truly at the center of care, in their home, that we can create a healthcare system that we want to work in and one in which our patients want to receive care from. We are intentionally doing healthcare differently in order to achieve better results.
“I am telling your team things I have never told my other doctors because I feel so much more comfortable being in my own home to get care.”
Our Team
Our team of 13 nurses, nurse practitioners and physicians are the heart and soul of Origin. It is an honor and privilege to work with such an incredible group of mission driven clinicians.
“Origin truly puts patients at the center by bringing care to them. It has given me hope in health care and I truly love going to work every day because I know I am making a difference.”

Our Ask
We continue to expand our services locally in Colorado and have several partnerships evolving out of state. We have opened up our first round of funding and are currently raising a $2M to launch these partnerships.
I will be reaching out to those of you who asked to be notified when we started to raise. If you, or anyone in your network is interested in partnering with a incredible team that is doing the hard work to change healthcare for the better, please reach out. I would love to connect!
